The Black creative sector often faces structural barriers to visibility, funding, and strategic partnerships, limiting opportunities for collectives to scale their impact and influence cultural narratives. In response, I joined GALACTAMELANIN, a dynamic and influential Black creative collective, as Business Development Manager and led the full partnership cycle from initial pitch to deal closure. I secured partnerships with world-class brands, including Atlantic Records and Chivas Regal and managed relationships to ensure successful activation, ensuring GALACTAMELANIN continues to amplify Black creativity and cultural expression at scale.
