The technology sector continues to face significant diversity challenges, with the underrepresentation of students from marginalised backgrounds limiting access to opportunities, mentorship, and industry networks. In response, I led the strategic launch of Cambridge's newly formed 'Diversity in Tech' society, merging multiple student groups and establishing partnerships with global leaders such as Google and Microsoft.
